A: Please copy and paste the invitation code again and make sure to include the trailing hyphen. If you are still unable to create a log on, please contact EEM to obtain a new invitation code
Q: I have re-set my password but I am still unable to access the portal
A: Check you are logging on with the username that you set up when you created your account on redemption of the invitation code. This may, or may not be your e-mail, it is whatever you chose.
If you do not remember the user name you set please contact EEM to find out what it is
Q: I don't see an income line for a contract we have invoiced and have commission to declare
A: You have 2 options: 1: Do not continue with your declaration and contact EEM to resolve this 2: Declare the income outside of a contract income line using the create button on the income declaration list
Q: There is an income line for a contract that has ended
A: The portal displays contract income lines for any contract that in our records is open or ended in the last 3 months. Please use the Contact EEM form to query the contract and the EEM team will liaise with you to correct our records so that the contract will not appear on the portal in future income months.
Q: We have no income to declare this month
A: Complete the form at the bottom of the income page - enter the month and select the flag 'No Income for Month' to No Income
Q: We have not done any work for one or more of the contracts, what do I do?
A: Edit the corresponding income line/s and set the field 'nil return' to Yes to state it is a nil return for that contract for that income month
Q: The total is not showing at the bottom of the list for the income declared
A: There is an issue with the Total Declaration function and it may not always show even after refreshing the page by pressing F5. We are working on a solution to this and will advise as soon as it is working
Q: I don't have a file to attach, what do I do?
A: Don't attach a file just click submit.
Attachments are optional for all suppliers except suppliers on EEM0072: Supply and Distribution of Materials Framewrok where it is a requirement to provide line by line spend data that supports the income declared
